A little about me...
My journey began many years ago when I knew I had a passion for all things animals!
Lets start from my most recent qualifications... In October 2018 I graduated from university gaining MSc Applied Animal Behaviour & Training Degree (Masters Degree). Previous to that I gained BSc (Hons) Applied Animal Behaviour & Training Degree (Bachelors Degree with Honours), and what a journey it was.. I was an ambassador for Bishop Burton College University, being Vice President on the Student Association for a number of years, being part of Fresher's Crew for 4 years and volunteering at the college events. ** Before university I studied at Doncaster College on the Animal Care Level 1 & 2 course, then the BTEC Diploma Animal Management Level 3 course; receiving Student of the Year Award. I was an ambassador for Doncaster College, volunteering at open days, including mentoring fellow students and participating in events with the Animal Unit. From here I was encouraged by my lecturers to follow onto university as they saw something great in me! ** Pre Covid 19 and the start of my business, I volunteered as a dog behaviourist and trainer at the RSPCA, and supported the staff in the dog/puppy training classes. Conducting one to one behavioural modification programmes and creating bespoke dog training plans with the new and existing dogs. I spent time getting to know all the dogs on an individual level, as some were excitable, scared, anxious, timid or had behavioural problems, thus I took my time and gave the dogs space and choices. ** My passion in life is all things science, animals, dog training and behaviour... I love it. Sarah MSc, BSc AABT.
